Always wanted to go to a residential retreat?
Concerned that it may be too demanding?
Join us for our 7th year of introducing participants to mindfulness in a contemplative setting
Join us for a weekend of gentle guidance and practices that introduce you to mindfulness meditation. Learn the fundamentals of mindfulness through continuous practice of sitting, walking, resting, eating, and even sleeping! Talks given by the guiding teachers will explore ways we can bring mindfulness into our lives and connect with ourselves and others through joy and compassion.
If you have a long-standing practice, join us to share in refreshing your commitment to living well. Our annual silent retreat is designed for those who are interested in the retreat experience as a way to start or deepen their meditation practices. This retreat registration opens in January 2019 (and fills quickly).
