Stay@Home Retreats in Ottawa ON

We are currently planning retreats that can be attended online. More information will be published in Spring 2021.

The Directors and Certified Teachers at the OMC offer regular retreats and workshops throughout the year and hope to continue this practice online soon.

There are several benefits of a Stay@Home retreat:

  • You don’t have to travel away from family
  • No added costs for lodging or meals
  • A chance to practice the skills in Real Time & Real Life which means
    • practical ways to put the practices on the road immediately
    • learning how to make the space in time in your life as soon as you leave for the day
    • challenging those beliefs that there are too many obstacles to actually practice

Drs. Musten and Monteiro plan to offer 2- and 5-day Intensives in Mindfulness-based Symptom Management and Mindful Self-Compassion.

If you have a long-standing practice, join us to share in refreshing your commitment to living well. Our annual silent retreat is designed for those who are interested in the retreat experience as a way to start or deepen their meditation practices.
