Mindfulness for Pain Management program in May 2021

An 8-week program designed for individuals experiencing persistent pain or chronic illness facilitated by Sarah Good OT, Certified Teacher of Mindfulness-Based Symptom Management (MBSM)

The course will be offered this spring, beginning on May 5, 2021. It will be offered as an online group each Wednesday morning for eight weeks.

This course teaches mindfulness to cope with chronic illnesses such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, arthritis, concussion and pain related to physical injury. Classes are typically in the morning and are currently offered on-line.

This program may be covered under extended health benefits and is supervised by a psychologist. Forms can be completed for auto insurance (OCF-18). I’m also a Blue Cross Provider for Veterans’ Affairs Canada and the Canadian Military.
